Purdue Center for Economic Education

The Purdue Center for Economic Education (PCEE) in the Mitchell E. Daniels, Jr. School of Business equips K-12 teachers with research-based materials and hosts educational events that improve economic literacy.

The center works directly with teachers in school systems in Indiana’s Tippecanoe and surrounding counties, hosting events and providing curriculum that foster the development of the concepts of economic education, including financial literacy and entrepreneurship.

PCEE also maintains and enhances Purdue University’s national leadership position in the field of economic education. Center staff and faculty seek to develop research, curriculum and engagement efforts in the integration of STEM and economic education.
