In just three years, the Dean V. White Real Estate Finance Program has produced 89 graduates with minors in real estate and the knowledge and expertise for a variety of careers in commercial real estate.
Our graduates work as Investment Banking Analysts, Project Engineers, Financial Analysts, Development Leads, Market Analysts, Commercial Bank Credit Analysts, Project Managers, and in Early Analyst Development Programs. Some of our graduates prefer to go to graduate school. Graduates who pursue careers in real estate work for Nuveen, PwC, Skanska, Wells Fargo, McCarthy Building, HIMCO, Blue & Co., Ducker Carlisle, LaSalle, Ambrose Property Group, and Power Construction, among others.
Our students accept summer internships with Willmeng Construction, State Farm, McCarthy Building, Lennar, Caton Commercial, Subtext Living, Royal United Mortgage, Scannell Properties, Revantage, Milhaus, JPMorgan Chase, ELS, PGIM Real Estate, Heidelberg Materials, JLL, and Ambrose Property Group, just to name a few.
