Who Should Attend?

We will select the best of the best to attend the conference. Applicants must meet the following criteria:

Must have a GPA of 3.0 or above
Must have a Daniels School of Business undergraduate major

A central highlight of the Doster Leadership Conference is our annual case competition. Pictured above is a team that secured first place.

This year, participating teams were tasked with solving a problem and collaborated to develop innovative solutions, which they presented to a distinguished panel of judges comprising DLC board members and alumni.

The 2024 board dedicated significant effort to bring this conference to fruition. In organizing the event, the board adhered to three core values: Community, Accountability, and Stewardship.

The Doster Leadership Conference pays tribute to the legacy of Barbara Doster. This year, we were privileged to welcome Drew Doster back to the conference. Drew shared personal memories of his grandmother and emphasized the significance of preserving the legacy that this conference upholds.

Alumni attendees, along with our Alumni Board, play a crucial role in the success of the Doster Leadership Conference each year. We extend our sincere gratitude to our alumni for their valuable insights and contributions to both the participants and the board.

An essential aspect of our conference is the opportunity for attendees to engage in meaningful networking with alumni. This year, company representatives emphasized the importance of networking and leadership in the business world during a panel discussion. We were pleased to welcome representatives from Belden, Crowe, and KSM to the 2024 conference.
