Estimated Cost: $3000-3300 (airfare and personal spending not included)
Housing: Students will be housed in double occupancy hotel rooms in Lisbon. Supermarkets, banks, post offices and a general shopping area will be within walking distance or easily accessible by public transport.

Through a mix of company visits, cultural activities and classroom learning, students will discover how small to medium sized organizations in Lisbon are meeting environmental, business and social goals without compromising profitability. Students will also learn how cultural identity, tourism, and local sourcing shape sustainable business strategies in the food sector.
