Brad Alge is an award-winning associate professor of management. In addition to teaching courses in organizational behavior, leadership and human resource management, he has consulted for several major corporations.
A member of Notre Dame's national championship football team in 1988, Professor Alge serves as a local high school football coach. He earned his doctorate from Ohio State.

April Morris joined the Larsen Leaders Academy staff after spending several years in enrollment management and recruitment, most recently as the recruitment manager for the College of Liberal Arts. She believes a rich connection to campus and community is vital for students to succeed at Purdue.

DeAnn Malone is a transformational coach with more than 30 years of experience across higher education, non-profits, government, and business. She is known for building community and driving positive cultural change. She has 30 years of professional experience, including in non-profits, the federal government, higher education, and business. She completed her JD in 1999 and began coaching leaders in 2008. She has held her ACC accreditation with the International Coach Federation since 2015 as well as many program-specific certifications like MBTI and Gallup Strengths. She has also served as a consultant and limited term lecturer at Purdue University, where she co-developed the Confident Transitions Pathway, a key coaching and development initiative for students transitioning from college to the workplace.
