We're Here
to Transform
Student Lives

The career services office at the Mitchell E. Daniels, Jr. School of Business is here to transform your life. Our dedicated career coaches and advisors will engage with you early and often, through many modes and activities, to help you design and launch a successful, fulfilling professional life.

Partner with us and participate in the center's career preparation program, CareerBound, to build the competencies employers in every industry want, including leadership, critical thinking, and equity and inclusion.

Peer Consultants

The center's peer consultants are available to meet with you on a walk-in basis. These helpful students are invaluable resources at the start of your journey. See a peer consultant to talk through your interests, values and strengths. Bring a rough draft of your resume.

Peer consultants are typically available during business hours Monday through Friday.

“Knowing very little about career options, I don't yet know what I want to do. The school has assisted me in determining my goals and discovering my path.”

Career Progression

Preparing for your future career is so much more than polishing your resume and memorizing interview tips. Our clear path to success takes you from an exploratory phase where you define your ultimate goal to a final step where you grow your career with intention.

The path is not a straight line. As a freshman you'll perhaps get to Plan & Prepare. Then, after your sophomore year you'll have an impactful internship that causes you to rethink your goal and return to the Explore stage.

The career services center will help you pave your path to success, step by step, on-ramp by on-ramp. Click on a pin to discover more.
