Leadership Coaching Institute

  • Empowering Leaders.
  • Strengthening Teams.
  • Transforming Workplaces.

At the Center for Working Well (CWW), we believe that leadership is about influence, adaptability, and the ability to bring out the best in ourselves and in others. It’s about leading in ways that allow both leaders and those they are guiding to thrive. That’s why we’re launching the Leadership Coaching Institute (LCI) — a dedicated hub for developing high-impact leaders and resilient teams.

The Leadership Coaching Institute is more than a program — it’s a movement to redefine what it means to lead and work well in the modern workplace.

What We Do

LCI blends cutting-edge leadership and working well research with real-world coaching strategies to equip professionals, executives, and emerging leaders with the skills they need to thrive in today’s fast-changing business landscape. Our unique emphasis blends core leadership skills on leading and living well to ensure that we are maximizing not only performance, but the well-being of leaders and those in their organizations.

Why It Matters

The best workplaces aren’t just about productivity — they’re about people. Great leadership drives well-being, performance, innovation, helping support and develop people. By investing in leadership and coaching, organizations can create environments where employees don’t just work well — they work at their best.
