Checking Faculty Account Records

Anybody with faculty accounts (i.e., grants, STAR, Discretionary, etc.) should automatically have access to the ‘Faculty Report (AIMS)’ information, but access will be lost if you do not login to the system at least once every 270 days.  We recommend that you check your account records regularly, but all faculty should log in to the report at least once per semester to maintain access to the system and monitor account records.
