Jun Oh

Assistant Professor

Jun Oh joined Purdue University as an Assistant Professor in 2024. Prior to joining Purdue University, he was an assistant professor at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST). Jun completed his PhD in Accounting from Cornell University in 2023 and holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration (BBA) from Korea University. His research focuses on the role of firms’ public disclosures by stakeholders in the context of industrial organization topics, such as antitrust regulation, contracting, product markets, and technology competition. He has published in leading academic journals, including Journal of Accounting and Economics, The Accounting Review, and Management Science. He holds a certified public accountant (CPA) license in South Korea.
