Summer Winrotte

Summer champions academic advising as it empowers, enriches, and connects students in pursuing and achieving their personal, academic, and career goals. Before making her way to undergraduate advising, she was a Digital Coach in Purdue’s Learning Design and Technology (LDT) program, within Purdue's Curriculum & Instruction department. She collaborated with university faculty and graduate students to design and produce training solutions related to implementing blended and online instruction. She is also an adjunct instructor within Purdue’s Curriculum & Instruction department. Summer came to Purdue with 14 years of secondary math teaching experience and 6 years of experience supporting and training teachers with educational technology. Outside of the office, Summer loves spending time with her family and baking.
